The Armacost Lighting online store sells and ships products within the 48 contiguous United States only. For Canada sales, visit Lee Valley & Veritas. For other parts of the world, contact support@armacostlighting.com

Placing an Order

You can place your order for Armacost Lighting products at our online store any time, day or night. Orders received during normal business hours will be processed within 48 hours. Orders received during non business hours will be processed the next business day. Our business hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM (Eastern Standard Time), Monday – Friday.

Payment Options

Armacost Lighting accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, and debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos.

We do not accept C.O.D. orders.

Proof of Purchase

Armacost Lighting will send you a confirmation of your order via email when you place an order online. When you place an online order, you will also be directed to a confirmation page. This page will serve as your proof of purchase.

Return Policy for www.armacostlighting.com/store Purchases

Returns will be accepted within 60 calendar days on all items except custom products. Please contact us at support@armacostlighting.com or 410-354-6000 to inform us that you want to return your product. You must return the product to us in either its original or secure packaging. RibbonFlex Pro products must be uncut, with adhesive backing intact, and include all accessories. We will email you a return shipping label. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will process your refund less return shipping charges unless your product is determined to be defective.

General Warranty Information

If you believe you have a defective lighting product, email Armacost Lighting Technical Support at support@armacostlighting.com, or call 410-354-6000 between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM (Eastern Standard Time) Monday – Friday. We will take you through the steps to resolve the lighting problem or replace your product according to the terms of the product warranty. Under no circumstance will the warranty cover labor or any other costs or expense to remove or install any defective, repaired or replaced products.

Refer to your product’s Information Guidelines for warranty details. Be sure to keep your original purchase receipt.

Shipping Instructions

When returning products you purchased from the Armacost Lighting online store, please ship products in either original or secure packaging with provided return shipping label. Tape lighting must be uncut, with adhesive backing fully intact, and include all accessories in order to process your refund. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, we will process your refund less return shipping charges unless your product is determined to be defective.
