Canadian Shipping Policy

Armacost Lighting ships all packages at a flat rate for ground shipping. It can take anywhere from one to six business days for you to receive your order once it has shipped. Shipping promotions may be available for qualifying orders. For additional information, contact customer support at support@armacostlighting.com or call us at 410-354-6000 (Eastern U.S. time). Our business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.

Armacost Lighting Canadian Quick Ship Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on all items purchased directly from Armacost Lighting, except custom products. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging. Please note: if you purchased our products through one of our retail partners, you must complete your return through that retailer within their return policies.

To request a return, please contact Customer Support to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and return shipping label. Items sent back to us without an RMA# will not be accepted.

Product Return Instructions

  • Contact us first to start a return; do not return items to us without a Return Merchandise Authorization number

  • The Armacost Lighting issued return shipping label must be used and the RMA # must be included in your returned package

  • Returned items must be packed safely in a shipping box; do not affix the shipping label directly to the product packaging

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Shipping charges are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply to:

  • Used or previously installed products

  • Missing parts, accessories, or instructions

  • Damaged product packaging

  • Tape light that has been cut

  • Tape light without intact adhesive backing

  • Other conditions may apply

Refund Method
Refunds within the 30-day return period will be credited back to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from our receipt of the return for refunds to appear in your account.
