Return Policy

Armacostlighting.com Orders

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on all items purchased directly from Armacost Lighting, including those placed over the phone or on armacostlighting.com. Please see additional details below for orders placed through our Custom Shop. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you purchased our products through one of our retail partners, you must complete your return through that retailer within their return policies.

To begin a return from within the US, please contact us at support@armacostlighting.com or 410-354-6000 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and Return Shipping Label. 

Return Instructions

  • Do not return an item to us without contacting us first for authorization.

  • The Armacost Lighting issued return shipping label must be used and the RMA number must be included in your returned package.

  • Returned items must be packed safely in a shipping box; do not affix the shipping label directly to the product packaging.

Returns must be in new condition with undamaged product packaging, and include:

  • Unused, uninstalled product

  • All included accessories and instructions

  • Undamaged product packaging

  • RibbonFlex Tape Light products must be uncut with adhesive backing intact

A restocking fee may apply for any return that does not meet these criteria. Other conditions may apply.

Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from our receipt of the return for refunds to appear in your account.

International Orders
If you are outside of the continental US and need to make a return, please contact us at support@armacostlighting.com or 410-354-6000.

Custom Shop Orders
Please contact us at support@armacostlighting.com or 410-354-6000 with any issues with your Custom Shop order. Items made through our Custom Shop are not eligible for return unless defective.
